Return & Refund Policy

At Live Sporting Goods, we take pride in delivering high-quality sporting goods and custom team products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

General Returns (Non-Custom Products)

Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused and unworn

  • All original tags are attached

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange at the discretion of Live Sporting Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Custom Products – Final Sale

All custom products are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom uniforms

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

Because these products are manufactured specifically for your team, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted after production has begun.

Helmets & Shoulder Pads

For health and safety reasons, helmets and shoulder pads are subject to strict return conditions:

  • Worn helmets or shoulder pads are not eligible for return or refund

  • To qualify for a return, helmets and shoulder pads must be:

    • Unworn

    • In original condition

    • With all tags attached

    • In original packaging

Live Sporting Goods reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to shipment. To initiate a return, customers must contact Live Sporting Goods customer service to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist promptly.

Policy Updates

Live Sporting Goods reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
