Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and confirmed via email after purchase.

  • Custom Uniforms & Custom Apparel:
    Orders typically require 15–20 business days for production before shipment.

  • Football Helmets:
    Orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability and order volume.

  • In-Stock / Non-Custom Items:
    In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that processing times do not include transit time.


Shipping Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Shipping timelines provided via email should be considered the most accurate estimate for your specific order.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Live Sporting Goods uses reputable third-party carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Carrier selection is determined based on order size, destination, and product type.


Shipping Delays

Live Sporting Goods is not responsible for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or shipping carriers.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages and at different times. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Live Sporting Goods is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist with a resolution.
